Exhibition stands for fairs in Europe
Our workshop is in Istanbul, but the stand does not have to stay there. We have built at Heimtextil in Frankfurt, spoga+gafa in Cologne and Interdye in Shanghai. Production happens here; the stand ships and we install it on site.

Why Germany comes up first
Germany is the largest trade fair country in the world. AUMA, the German trade fair association, counted 304 fairs in 2025 with 191,990 exhibiting companies and 12.75 million visitors, of whom 2.78 million came from outside Germany. More than 99,000 of those exhibitors were not German companies — which is the number worth remembering: at a German fair, being a foreign exhibitor with a foreign contractor is the norm, not the exception.
What changes when the stand has to travel
The stand travels, the workshop does not
Design and production happen in Istanbul. What crosses the border is the finished stand, packed for transport. That is the whole economic argument: you are buying Turkish production and paying freight, rather than buying local production at local rates.
Transport and customs are part of the quote, not a surprise
Freight, customs clearance and the return leg are priced with the stand rather than added later. For an EU fair the carnet and clearance route is settled before production starts, because it sets the shipping date and the shipping date sets the production deadline.
Hall regulations are checked before the design is frozen
German venues publish technical guidelines and they are binding. At Koelnmesse and Messe Düsseldorf the connection to hall power is made exclusively by the venue's own authorised electrical company, and the stand's own wiring must comply with VDE/DIN standards and be approved by an independent expert before the stand is energised. None of that prevents a foreign contractor from building — it just has to be planned for.
On-site labour is arranged locally where it has to be
Some work must be done by, or together with, venue-approved trades. We plan the installation crew around that rather than discovering it on build-up day.
Why there is no price list on this page
We publish square-metre ranges for stands produced and installed in Turkey, because those are ours to quote. Once the stand has to travel the honest answer is that freight, customs, venue-mandated services and local labour move the total enough that a single per-m² figure would mislead you. Tell us the fair and the plot and you get a real number instead of a range that does not apply.
