Exhibiting at a fair in Turkey

Shipping a stand to Istanbul with you rarely pays. We design and produce it in our own workshop in Istanbul, install it before you arrive and dismantle it after you leave. Below is the current fair calendar and what each venue asks of a stand.

The order of things

Space first, stand second. You apply to the fair organiser and rent your plot; only once the size and the number of open sides are fixed can the stand be designed. Every fair in the calendar links to the organiser's own page, which is where applications are made.

The three venues

Tüyap Fair and Congress Center

Büyükçekmece, on the European side

The largest of the three and the one most of Turkey's international fairs use. Halls are wide and column-light, which gives you freedom on stand layout but also means neighbouring stands are visible from far — height and lighting matter more here than floor area.

CNR Expo Yeşilköy

Next to Istanbul Atatürk Airport

Closest venue to the city and to hotels, which shortens build-up logistics. Hall heights vary between blocks, so a design that works in one hall may need adjusting in another — we check the hall before freezing the design.

Istanbul Expo Center (İFM)

Yeşilköy

Used for a number of international fairs and, for some editions, jointly with Tüyap. If your fair runs across two venues, confirm which hall your plot is in before anything is produced — build-up windows differ.

What we handle

Design and 3D visual, production in our workshop, transport to the hall, installation, on-site support during the fair, dismantling, and storage afterwards if you exhibit again. We also prepare the stand approval file the fair administration asks for — height, electrical load and structure.
