Maxima exhibition stands
An aluminium profile system with a machined, engineered look. Reusable across fairs, faster to install than timber, and considerably more precise than a pop-up.
What it is
- Modular aluminium profile structure
- Fast build-up and dismantling
- Reusable edition after edition
- Contemporary, engineered appearance
- Flexible configuration on different plot shapes
- Professional surface quality
Advantages
- Build-up in hours rather than days
- The frame survives many fairs; only graphics change
- Clean, modern look without bespoke joinery cost
- Extendable — add bays as your plot grows
- Lower transport volume than a timber build

Ideal for
Companies exhibiting several times a year who want one recognisable stand they can reconfigure rather than rebuild.
Common plot sizes
Any other size is produced to order — these are simply the ones we build most often.
What this type costs
Between modular and timber (mid segment)
2026 · Per square metre, excluding VAT, for stands produced and installed in Turkey. The stand only — floor space, hall power, transport and storage are separate.
Full cost breakdown →Maxima sits between modular and timber
It is a system, so the geometry follows a profile grid and the parts come off the shelf. But the profiles are heavier and the tolerances tighter than a lightweight modular system, so the finished stand reads as built rather than assembled — square corners, flush panels, no visible clamps.
In price terms it lands between the two: more than a modular build, less than bespoke timber. That is exactly why it is the type we recommend most often to exhibitors who are past their first fair but not yet building 100 m² architecture.
Why reusability actually saves money
The frame is the durable part and the graphics are the disposable part. If you exhibit three times a year, the second and third stands cost you new print and a rebuild rather than a new stand. We store the frame between fairs and log what is in the crate, so you are not paying twice for the same aluminium.
The saving is real but not automatic: it only applies if your plot sizes are broadly similar. A 12 m² frame does not become a 40 m² stand without new parts.
How we work
- 1
Brief
Plot size, open sides, hall, budget and what the stand has to achieve.
- 2
3D design
A design you approve before anything is cut. Revisions until it is right.
- 3
Production
Built in our own workshop in Istanbul, then trial-assembled and crated.
- 4
Installation
Our crew builds it in the hall during the official build-up window.
