About Eksenart
We are an exhibition stand contractor based in Istanbul, with our own design team and our own production workshop. Ten years and more than a hundred fairs — in Turkey, in Germany and beyond.
What we do
Exhibition stands, from the first sketch to the empty plot after dismantling. Spatial design, architectural fit-out, stand production and project management are the four things the company has always done; the exhibition stand is where they meet.
We keep design and production under one roof deliberately. A drawing office that never builds produces stands that are expensive to make; a workshop with no design team builds what is easy rather than what is right. Holding both is the whole argument for working with us.
Where we work
Turkey is home: Istanbul's three major venues — Tüyap, CNR Expo and Istanbul Expo Center — plus fairs in Ankara, İzmir and elsewhere. Our workshop is in Güngören, Istanbul, roughly forty minutes from the halls.
In Europe and Asia we have built at Heimtextil in Frankfurt, spoga+gafa in Cologne and Interdye in Shanghai, and we work with long-standing partners in Russia, the Middle East and the United States. Production stays in Istanbul; what travels is the finished stand.
How we quote
We publish our square-metre ranges for stands produced in Turkey rather than hiding them behind a form, because the first thing an exhibitor needs is to know whether the conversation is worth having.
When the fair is outside Turkey we do not publish a per-m² figure. Freight, customs, venue-mandated services and local labour move the total enough that a single number would mislead you — so those are priced against your actual fair and plot.
Reference fairs
Germany
Heimtextil in Frankfurt and spoga+gafa in Cologne. German venues publish binding technical guidelines: the connection to hall power is made by the venue's own authorised electrical company, and the stand's wiring must comply with VDE/DIN. A foreign contractor is permitted — it simply has to be planned for.
China
Interdye in Shanghai, in the dyes and textile chemicals sector. Long-haul freight changes what type of stand makes economic sense, which is why we recommend modular construction for most plots at that distance.
Turkey
Istanbul Furniture Fair, IMOB, Intermob, ICFE, WIN Eurasia and Expomed among others — furniture, flooring, textile, industrial automation and medical clients.
